Application follow-up

Hello,

I started the application, was told checks needed to be made manually, then received an SMS stating that I had received an email asking for more documents. I’ve checked my inbox (including junk mail) and I’am sure I have no Tymit mails at all. Not sure how to follow-up now. There’s no way to amend email address (in case that’s the problem) and apparently no way of contacting Tymit to clarify the situation. When logging in to the app I keep getting the same message about the manual checks.

Can anyone help?
