Cannot choose payment plan

I cannot create a payment plan when making purchases on my card. It only offers one month. Any idea why?

Hi, Are you on Android or iOS?

I’ve just checked and clicking on a transaction just takes me to the summary screen, No slider to adjust the payment period so definitely an issue with it.

Think is normally happens while they are processing the direct debit payments

I’ve never seen it like that before @dudesuper1982 but perhaps I’ve not looked on direct debit day before.

I could be wrong but it’s the same for me on iOS and I’m sure it’s been the same around this time of the month before
