Can't reach the compliance team

I’ve been scammed on my card, paid back my balance. Asked for a new card to be sent. Told I would be contacted. Asked for them to call me on my mobile - given i’d been scammed wanted to check they had the right address! Haven’t been contacted. Still need a new card, as I cannot use my old one anymore. This has been ongoing for nearly a month - nearly 7 weeks since i’ve been scammed. I am about to go on holiday. What do i do???
