There was a similar issue a couple of days ago that was preventing sign-up at the photo verification stage.
Hopefully Tymit are aware of the issue already.

Same for me, just cannot verify photos or documentation. Contacted support and was told to wait for an app update. Got the latest update yesterday and this fails to work. Please Tymit what’s the solution?
