Code for making on line purchases

Good morning to you.
I have just tried yet again to book ferry tickets with DFDS when I come to check out the system wants an authorisation code to be sent from you to my mobile. I am still not receiving this code from you.
We discussed this issue a couple of months ago and has still not been resolved.
