Deleting old numbers from previous 'sign ups'

So, I am currently encountering a bug where I have attempted to sign up previously and got offered a Tymit booster card I didn’t want, so I just left it.

Now, here I am 6 months later (I think), thought I would try again using the same number - but I get stuck in a loop of verifying my number via text message and after uploading my passport photo, i’m immediately met with ‘Session expired, please login again’ - keeps looping around and around.

Is there anyway to delete my email and phone number from Tymits end?

Probably need to make contact with customer support to ask them to remove the number from their systems
