Direct Debit Update Bugs ๐Ÿ›

So, since this mornings update I have come across one bug which comes up on the Face ID authentication page when planning a purchase

+1 yeah I have had this bug as well

It made me chuckle at first I was just looking at it like โ€œwhat on earth is happening hereโ€

Iโ€™m surprised they donโ€™t have TestFlight releases

I think the team have done well considering I just signed up for the Direct Debit and had no issues. This bug could of come from some other projects that were accidentally not rectified before the main release

@dudesuper1982 We do use TestFlight and we did notice this bugโ€ฆ I had a choice to make:
Not deliver Direct Debits in time for our awesome customers :frowning:
Or accept a minor bug :man_shrugging:

About TestFlight or beta versions Iโ€™m looking to start adding a few more customers in the near future so if you are interested lemme know (yes you might end up with more :bug:s but you get cool new features and can interact with us even more :slight_smile: )

Itโ€™s alright. It was mentioned in the other thread I could find it either. I was looking in the menu page for ages :grimacing:

Yeah thatโ€™s what I meant is public beta testing and Iโ€™m more than happy to sign up to test new features

@Pipo I donโ€™t have the option to setup a direct debit is this because my account is new and donโ€™t have a bill yet?

Hey @dudesuper1982,

We have launched Direct Debits for all of our standard card users. :rocket:

We do want to release this for Booster users too but due to the extra complications around depositing and fees we have decided to phase it in slowly for them.

It would be good if the app supported the ability to change/amend/cancel the direct debit.

Hopefully, this functionality will be coming soon

iOS App now wonโ€™t login, was fine yesterday eveing after the update. Face ID fills in App PIN then nothingโ€ฆ Manually entering PIN also doesnโ€™t work.

I also have the login issue today.

I have not had any issues as of yet, are you on Android or iOS?

I am on ios, was fine all day yesterday.

iOS also. Reinstalled and still unable. Have emailed support@tymit.com

Was ironically wanting my referral link but fate doesnโ€™t seem to want to play, might have to refer them to Amex instead!

Iโ€™m having the same issue on Android, It just says โ€œWe encountered a problem please try again laterโ€ it was working fine a hour ago.
