Forgot to add Payment Ref

Hello

If I have forgotten to add my payment ref to a payment I made on 2/10 that is due today, will I be charged?

Update 8/10/21

I sent Tymit an email at around 10pm last night and they would have read it at 9am.

I received an email from them at 9.30 stating they had found my payment and applied it to my account (although it’s not yet showing)… but I was very happy with the swift customer service response!

I made a payment to another provider once with an incorrect ref and they just rejected the payment straight away saying it was invalid.

This is common practice but it’s nice the original poster here for a very positive response :grinning:
