Fraudulent charges on my card - zero customer service

I’ve got a load of fraudulent charges on my card, have tried contacting Customer Services about 10 times by leaving voicemails and emails.
I’ve now locked my card but what can I do about these charges that are nothing to do with me?

Can anyone help???

Hi @OJC welcome to the community.

Firstly please call the number on the back of your card to report your card as stolen (the details at least) so you can be reissued with a new card.

Secondly please email to raise disputes against the fraudulent transactions. It’s wise to include as much info as to which ones are disputed (amount, date, time, merchant) as show.
