Have issues when signup


I eventually recieved my email to sign up and got all the way through to submitting my passport and selfie and that went ahead then got a pin number for login and then tried to submit bank details and it didn’t recognise it and then tried again and was then automatically declined. Think it’s a bit strange and then couldn’t contact support to see what happened and why it was declined if it couldn’t recognise my details to begin with.

Seems the staff also love responding to a message placed over 7 days ago too. Shame customer service is lacking too.

I had an issue at signing up but the support team was very helpful is resolving it - I couldn’t fault the support team, they got a 5* from me. Best route to get support is by emailing the support team.
