Is this just me?
It could be because of covid 19, and have less people available to respond.
If that’s true then it’s really not good enough for a financial institution. I’m hoping it’s just affecting me as it has been several days like this with no chat available. And no other method of contact available in the app (I know they have an email address but that isn’t part of the help/support flow in app)
Mine seems to work ok. Try logging out of your app and then log back in again - that might kick start the chat function once more.
Tried that. And clearing data/cache. Still doesn’t let me on. It did work before as I used it too
How about the nuclear option of deleting app and reinstalling it?
