Lost card- unable to contact support

So I lost my credit card sometime last night. I’ve looked everyone without luck. I’ve locked the card. But cannot send a message to Tymit support through the app! Keeps saying failed to send? Can someone help please

@Danielle96 Feel free to call the number as suggested, or alternatively you can DM me your details. We’ll need to go through security and then we can lock your old card and reissue you a new one!
