New applicant help

Hi I’ve applied and been successful but the app won’t load up :up: n my phone , tried to do new application but every time I enter code sent it says wrong verification code ?

Sorry about the frustration you’re having with the app - this is a bug we’re working on fixing right now. Could i ask you to get in touch with with the reference 1038? If you could confirm your device details in your email that’d be helpful.
Hopefully we’ll have you up and running soon!
