I paid via bank transfer what was due this month vo bank transfer but still showing £323.2due!
And card is blocked now!
I didn’t receive a card so a temp card number was given on the app.
What is happening??

Did you use your unique reference number shown in the app? If not will take time for them to allocate it to your account

Yes you need to message them so they can match it that’s what I had to do
Yes, they have located the payments now! Thanks for letting me know. They said the same thing. I will put the reference when I pay.
