Tymit app issue

Good morning everyone

I’m having a little issue with the Tymit app since it was updated with the new logo/icon. All my previous tickets have disappeared and also when I start a new ticket (for this issue) it just disappears and it doesn’t store it in my “My tickets” tab.

Anyone else had this issue? The only way I can see replies is from my email but then I cannot reply.
