Unable to log into account

When I go into I already have a account, it asks for my mobile then when I put this in and press continue it goes back onto the from page of the app.

Have you tried your number with the +44 format omitting the first 0? Might be worth a go if you haven’t already.

Already tried doing that a few times but to no avail.

Hi @richard51283 I would be tempted to delete and reinstall the app then try again. If it’s the correct mobile number it may just be a glitch.
