Unable to login in

Hi there,

I have been trying the past month to come into contact with someone for the Tymit team and I have had no reply. It has been a month since I am unable to use my Tymit card.

I am unable to login. When I enter my passcode and error occurs. I have reinstalled the app 1000 times and tried longing in from both different IOS and Android devices.

Please can someone help me as it has been to long

Hi @milkovameri and welcome to the forum. Have you contacted support via support@tymit.com? We are only users just like you, so can’t really help with account specific issues. Have you ever used your card (successfully activated)?

I have already contacted the support team but I have had no reply. I am not able to login or use my card. Its really annoying as its been a month. Please can you prioritise the issue I have it would be much appreciated
