Wrong bill month & amount!

Hi all, logged onto iOS app this morning to pay the June bill, which it showed correctly, around £60 ish (which includes some 3x month instalments). Selected pay bill and it says the full card balance instead…. Huh?

So I close app and restart, now it’s completely skipped the June bill and shows July!!

According to the app I can’t pay the June bill… I’ll wait until tomorrow and check again, it’s gone bat-sh*t crazy before on the 1st of the month & corrected itself on the 2nd. Still it gives little faith in the system still after all these months.

Check the thread I just posted called “Something seriously wrong?” Is that a similar issue to you?

Similar in terms of its lost the plot yes but different specifics… Will check tomorrow and see if it’s corrected itself.
